Our organization will provide a range of adaptable supports to help individuals identify their career and employment interests, as well as secure and sustain employment. Our employment services encompass the creation of community-based employment opportunities, supplementary training, and ongoing support at job sites. Notably, our job site training complements the natural training provided by employers. Within our Employment program, Maximum Community Support Services will deliver the following services:

• Individualized job development and placement (within 30 days)
• On-the-job training in work and work-related skills
• Facilitation of natural supports in the workplace
• Preparation of individuals for job searches (within 30 days)
• Training in related skills required to secure and maintain employment, including utilizing community resources and public transportation
• Continuous support and monitoring of the individual’s job performance
• Providing self-employment supports
• Community Skill Development
