Maximum Community Support Services, Inc.’s Live-In Caregiver Supports are designed to cover the extra expenses associated with rent and food that can be reasonably linked to an unrelated live-in personal caregiver residing in the same household as an individual. These supports are not applicable in scenarios where the individual resides in their family’s home, the caregiver’s home, or a residence owned or leased by a DDA-licensed provider. While the individual receiving services maintains tenancy rights, the live-in caregiver, despite being listed on the lease, does not possess tenancy rights.
